About the Land
The total land area is 40 acres, located near the seaport-airport road in the Kanayannoor taluk, Irumpanam. The Le Meredian Homes (Imperial Gardens) lie right at the back of it and the Chitrapuzha river on the right–hand side. The land is level and the soil fertile. The plot is rectangular in shape. The property, located on the bus route, is bounded by the Chitrapuzha river on one side and therefore free of all water problems.
